If, even though you have heard that it takes a very long time to attain the Buddha stage, you  do not fear and never think of regressing or giving up,and if, even though it appears to be almost impossibly difficult to convert all sentient beings, you never tire, but, on the contrary, as if climbing the highest mountain you must, of necessity, want to arrive at the peak or, as if ascending a tall tower you urgently want to reach the top, continuing tirelessly and with good faith -- just this kind of thought is called True Thought.
